Humanitarian Assistance and Social Infrastructure Recovery

Verified Needs. Transparent Delivery.

Infrastructure Restoration Charitable Foundation (IRCF) delivers two distinct directions of work: Humanitarian Projects and Social Projects.

Humanitarian Projects focus on the rapid delivery of humanitarian assistance in response to verified and time-critical needs through centralised procurement and direct delivery.

Social Projects focus on the recovery of essential social infrastructure, including kindergartens, schools, hospitals, water supply and sanitation systems, housing, and municipal facilities.

All projects are implemented through controlled procurement, contracting, and verified execution, supported by an audit-ready governance framework designed to strengthen accountability and donor confidence.

Learning and Capacity Building Platform (LMS.Charity)

Supporting staff, volunteers, partners, and external learners through structured education and skill development.

LMS.Charity is an educational and capacity-building platform developed by the Infrastructure Restoration Charitable Foundation (IRCF) to support the Foundation’s humanitarian and social project activities.

The platform provides structured learning programmes for IRCF staff, volunteers, and partners, strengthening operational capacity, compliance, project delivery, and coordination. In addition, LMS.Charity offers selected educational opportunities for external participants who require additional skills, training, or professional development, particularly in areas related to community resilience, recovery, and social development.

LMS.Charity is not a standalone commercial education product. It is a supporting infrastructure designed to enhance knowledge, skills, and preparedness across humanitarian and social initiatives, contributing to more effective project implementation and long-term impact.

DELIVERY GOVERNANCE AND TRANSPARENCY

Delivery Governance and Transparency Framework

IRCF applies a structured delivery governance framework to ensure transparency, accountability, and control across humanitarian and social projects. The framework defines how projects are assessed, procured, implemented, and independently verified. It is not a payment system or beneficiary wallet, but an audit-ready governance structure designed to strengthen delivery integrity and donor confidence.

Events and Conferences Supporting IRCF Programmes

IRCF organises and supports events and conferences as a complementary mechanism to raise awareness, foster collaboration, and support approved humanitarian and social initiatives.

TheEvents.Charity is a dedicated events and conferences platform owned and operated by the Infrastructure Restoration Charitable Foundation. The platform supports IRCF activities by providing a structured space for conferences, fundraising events, educational sessions, and public discussions.

Events published through TheEvents.Charity contribute to awareness-raising and collaboration around humanitarian assistance and social infrastructure recovery. The platform complements, but does not replace, IRCF’s core delivery activities.

Urgent Humanitarian Response

IRCF is launching an urgent humanitarian appeal to enable the immediate procurement and delivery of essential humanitarian assistance in response to acute and time-critical needs.

Reclaim Gift Aid

Gift Aid It!Add 25% more to your donation at no cost to you. A Gift Aid declaration allows IRCF to claim tax back on eligible donations. It means that for every £1 you donate to IRCF we can claim back 25p, at no extra cost to you.

By ticking the "Yes" box, I agree I would like IRCF to reclaim the tax on all qualifying donations I have made, as well as any future donations, until I notify them otherwise. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year I may be asked to pay any difference. I understand that IRCF will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give.

What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid does not cost you a penny more, but can add an additional 25p to every £1 you donate. When IRCF receives a donation from a UK taxpayer, we're entitled to claim an amount of tax (calculated at the basic rate of income tax in that year) paid on that donation. Once you have given your permission for us to do this on your behalf, there is no need for you to do anything else.

All that is required is that you must be a taxpayer and that would have paid or will pay sufficient Income and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover all the Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

The amount of tax we claim will be 25% of the total value of your donations in that tax year. Furthermore, if you are a higher taxpayer, you are also entitled to claim the difference between the basic rate which we will claim and the amount of tax you have actually paid. For further details on how you can do this, please contact your tax office. If your tax situation changes and your gifts will no longer be eligible for the Gift Aid scheme please contact us and we will amend your record accordingly.
