Infrastructure Restoration Charitable Foundation (IRCF) is a UK-based non-profit organisation delivering humanitarian assistance and supporting the recovery of essential social infrastructure in communities affected by the war in Ukraine.
IRCF operates through a direct delivery model, combining centralised procurement, controlled implementation, and verification to ensure that humanitarian assistance and infrastructure recovery are delivered effectively, transparently, and accountably.
The Infrastructure Restoration Charitable Foundation (IRCF) is dedicated to restoring and rebuilding war-affected communities in Ukraine through humanitarian assistance and the recovery of essential social infrastructure.
Our mission focuses on reconstructing kindergartens, schools, housing, and essential public services such as water supply and sewerage systems. We also support vulnerable populations, particularly children and civilians, by providing medical care, food assistance, and other critical humanitarian support to help communities recover with dignity and resilience.
IRCF envisions communities recovering the foundations of everyday life through restored access to education, healthcare, safe housing, and essential public services.
This vision is pursued through two distinct directions of work: urgent humanitarian assistance and the recovery of essential social infrastructure, delivered with a focus on accountability, effectiveness, and long-term impact.
Our Principles:
IRCF delivers humanitarian assistance with respect for dignity and safety, prioritising urgent needs and vulnerable groups affected by conflict.
IRCF applies controlled procurement, documented delivery processes, and verification measures to support accountability and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Seven Main Directions:
The war’s impact on infrastructure, such as housing, schools, and essential utilities like water supply and sewerage, is profound. Restoring these facilities is critical for ensuring the well-being and safety of affected populations. People need secure housing, and children need schools to resume their education, while access to clean water and functioning sewer systems is vital for public health.
Medical care is essential for treating the physical and psychological wounds inflicted by the war. The demand for healthcare services, including physical rehabilitation, mental health support, and general medical care, is typically very high in post-conflict areas. Ensuring that those affected, particularly children, receive the necessary medical attention is crucial for recovery and long-term health.
IRCF delivers humanitarian assistance and supports the recovery of essential social infrastructure through a direct delivery model.
Our work is implemented through centralised procurement, controlled implementation, and verification processes designed to ensure accountability, transparency, and responsible use of resources.
This approach enables IRCF to respond to urgent humanitarian needs while supporting longer-term recovery through the restoration of essential public services and infrastructure.
IRCF operates under a strict non-proselytizing policy, ensuring that all our humanitarian efforts are provided without any intent to influence or alter the religious beliefs or practices of those we serve. Our sole focus is on delivering aid and support to those in need, regardless of their faith or background, and ensuring that our work is guided by the principles of neutrality, impartiality, and respect for all individuals.
