About Me:
Marharyta Vdovenko is an administrative and HR support professional with experience in office administration, documentation management, and organisational coordination.
She served as Head of the Organisational & Information Department at the Pension Fund of Ukraine, where she managed administrative processes and documentation flow, coordinated information exchange across departments, and ensured accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of operational tasks. As part of this role, she also supported HR-related administrative duties and communicated with internal teams and external stakeholders on procedural matters.
Previously, Marharyta worked as an HR Assistant, supporting recruitment activities, maintaining employee records and documentation, supporting onboarding processes and internal communication, and handling confidential information.
In addition to her professional experience, Marharyta volunteered in Ukraine, where she was directly involved in humanitarian initiatives, including preparing food for people in need and providing hands-on assistance to local humanitarian efforts.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a specialisation in Foreign Policy and Diplomacy. Marharyta is the author of two academic publications and has participated in national and international conferences as a speaker. She is fluent in English, with basic Polish, and native Ukrainian and Russian.
