Description: “Rebuilding Lives” focuses on restoring homes that have been damaged or destroyed by the war in the Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions. The project will prioritize families with children, the elderly, and those with disabilities, ensuring they have safe and stable homes.

List of Works:

  • Structural assessment and damage evaluation
  • Demolition of unsafe structures
  • Construction and repair of homes
  • Installation of essential utilities (electricity, water, heating)
  • Provision of furniture and household essentials

Implementation Stages:

  1. Damage Assessment (3 months): Survey damaged areas, evaluate repair needs.
  2. Demolition and Clearance (3 months): Remove debris, prepare sites.
  3. Construction and Repair (9 months): Rebuild and repair homes.
  4. Utility Installation and Furnishing (3 months): Restore utilities, provide essentials.
  5. Final Inspection and Handover (2 months): Quality check and hand over homes to families.

Approximate Cost: $50 million

Number of Beneficiaries: 10,000 families (approximately 40,000 people)
